Vic Lin - Special Counsel - IP Matters

Witten Ltd. is honored to have Vic Lin as Special Counsel on a variety of matters based on the West Coast of the United States with a special focus on Intellectual Property. Mr. Lin is a licensed California attorney and is registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Lin advises clients on building intellectual property portfolios, developing strategies to enforce IP rights, and avoiding or defending infringement of intellectual property rights. Mr. Lin is also regularly engaged in patent litigation, trademark litigation, patent prosecution, patentability and infringement opinions, trademark prosecution, copyright prosecution and TTAB oppositions and cancellations.
